I’m disgusted at the media pretending they weren’t aware.” The BBC was set to release a news night investigation into Savile in 2011 that was abruptly cancelled.
As of 2012, 450 victims of Savile had come forward in which 80% were children or underage at the time (The Daily Telegraph, BBC News).
